Axum extractors for multipart/form-data inference endpoints.

JSON endpoints get [crate::validated::ValidatedJson]; the /v1/audio/transcriptions endpoint uses multipart/form-data and gets [AudioTranscriptionMultipart], which parses the form into a typed (TranscriptionRequest, AudioFile) pair before the handler runs.
