Primitive memory types and the ordinary allocator contract.
DeviceAllocator deliberately covers only device identity plus ordinary
allocation and terminal release. Lazy virtual backing and shared physical
mappings are independent optional capabilities in crate::capability.
Structs§
- Allocation
Commit Range - Device
Key - Which physical device memory comes from.
- Host
Allocator - Host memory from the global allocator.
- Mapped
Allocation - Shared
Prefix Commit Info - The accounting outcome of mapping a
SharedDevicePrefixinto one allocation.
Traits§
- Device
Allocator - Somewhere ordinary memory comes from.
- Shared
Device Prefix - A pinned, read-only shared prefix whose physical bytes are owned once and may be mapped into multiple allocations.
