Runs one cell mutation, logging every attempt that isn’t a dry run.

Never returns Err: every failure is a WriteResult variant, so the caller renders one shape and the log records one shape. Exit code stays 0 regardless, matching ADR-0070 §10 / ADR-0071 §12.
