Module find_replace 

Find and replace cell text through spreadsheets.batchUpdate (issue #1841).

ADR-0083 §§1, 6 and 7 place every scope under SheetsWrite, require the ordinary optional lease flow, and prohibit a local match-count preview: Sheets owns the matching semantics, including Java regular expressions.
