Command-line parsing and the pieces the headless binary needs.

Modules

args

parseArgs: the hand-written parser, ported rule for rule (multi-letter short flags such as -nbt, -p taking an optional message, @file arguments, unknown long flags kept for extensions).

files

File processing and the initial message: @file arguments become text blocks and image attachments of the first message; piped stdin is prepended.

help

printHelp (D13): product name, ~/.oino, OINO_* variables; provider variables, MCP and codemode lines are gone (providers are extensions, deviations/modes.md).

list_models

The --list-models [search] table.

packages

Package manager subcommands (modes.md §1.2, runtime §15): oino install <source> [--project] [--yes], remove|uninstall <id> [--project], update <id>… | --extensions, list, config.

self_update

oino update [--check] (modes.md §1.2): self-update from the GitHub release manifest.
