Re-exported so callers never name offline-protocol-data directly: the
value model and the size constants are part of this crate’s surface, and
the engine behind them is not part of anyone’s.
Size at which a document starts warning, 768 KiB (75% of the cap).
The warning exists so an application hears about growth while it can still act (archive, split, prune). A cap with no approach signal turns into a cliff the app meets for the first time in production.
