GET /session/{id}/diff — with ?messageID=, the message’s stored
summary.diffs (upstream SessionSummary.diff); without it, the session
convenience path returns []. Crucially this is JSON, not SPA HTML: the
TUI’s SidebarFiles flatMaps the result and an HTML string crashes it.
