pub enum AdaptiveMethod {
Mean,
Gaussian,
}Expand description
Apply adaptive thresholding
Adaptive thresholding computes a local threshold for each pixel based on the statistics of its neighborhood.
§Arguments
image- Input 2D arrayblock_size- Size of the neighborhood for calculating local thresholdmethod- Thresholding method (‘mean’ or ‘gaussian’)c- Constant subtracted from the local threshold
§Returns
- Result containing the binary mask
§Example
use scirs2_core::ndarray::array;
use scirs2_ndimage::segmentation::{adaptive_threshold, AdaptiveMethod};
let image = array![
[0.1, 0.2, 0.7],
[0.3, 0.8, 0.1],
[0.7, 0.4, 0.2],
];
let mask = adaptive_threshold(&image, 3, AdaptiveMethod::Mean, 0.05).unwrap();Variants§
