Expand description

Compile a file to an optimized standalone executable via the LLVM backend (nova build --release).

Emits textual LLVM IR next to output, compiles it to an object file with a discovered LLVM toolchain (clang/llc, -O2), then links it with the nova-runtime static library through the same platform linker as the debug build. If no LLVM toolchain is found the generated .ll is left in place and a helpful error is returned.
