pub struct MultithreadedWriter { /* private fields */ }
Expand description
A multithreaded BGZF writer.
This is much more basic than super::Writer
but uses a thread pool to compress block data.
Implementations§
source§impl MultithreadedWriter
impl MultithreadedWriter
sourcepub fn with_worker_count<W>(worker_count: NonZeroUsize, inner: W) -> Self
pub fn with_worker_count<W>(worker_count: NonZeroUsize, inner: W) -> Self
Creates a multithreaded BGZF writer.

source§fn write(&mut self, buf: &[u8]) -> Result<usize>
fn write(&mut self, buf: &[u8]) -> Result<usize>
Write a buffer into this writer, returning how many bytes were written. Read more
source§fn flush(&mut self) -> Result<()>
fn flush(&mut self) -> Result<()>
