Reorder an object’s own-property map into OrdinaryOwnPropertyKeys order in
place: array-index keys ascending first, then the remaining keys in their
existing (insertion) order. A no-op unless at least one index key is present,
so the overwhelmingly common all-string-key object keeps its exact order and
pays nothing. IndexMap::sort_by is a stable sort.
