How long the shutdown entry waits for in-flight calls before it logs a warning that names how many are still running.
The entry keeps waiting after this. It must not return while a call is still running inside the library: the host releases the library owner when the shutdown entry returns, and it calls the app without holding that owner. The host’s own shutdown budget bounds the whole wait. See ADR-083.
