Compile all bindings from a set of ParsedOps into a Polydat Kernel.

Collects all unique binding names and expressions, plus any unreferenced bind points in op fields (auto-bound to hash+mod). Wires them through the Polydat assembler as proper node chains. Probe the compile level of a Polydat function by name.
