One coherent snapshot across source, trackers, and resources — the record newgit undo restores. Stored per instance at .newgit/checkpoints/<slug>/ckpt_NNN.toml.

Written next to the checkpoint when resource restores fail during undo, so the failure survives the terminal: what failed, where the logs are, and how to re-run.
