Server verifies client’s confirmation and finalizes the handshake

Returns

The derived session key (32 bytes) if verification succeeds

Errors

Returns ProtocolError::HandshakeError if:

• Server keys can’t be locked
• Server nonce, secret, or client data is missing
• Client’s verification hash doesn’t match expected value
