Frequency in MHz.

Channel is disabled in current regulatory domain.

no_ir: bool

No mechanisms that initiate radiation are permitted on this channel.

Radar detection is mandatory on this channel in current regulatory domain.

max_tx_power: u32

Maximum transmission power in mBm (100 * dBm).
