XML-RPC server implementation
This module implements an XML-RPC server over HTTP that allows LLM control over RPC method execution, introspection, and response generation.
XML-RPC specification: http://xmlrpc.com/spec.md
The LLM controls:
- Method execution (custom methods defined by user prompt)
- Introspection responses (system.listMethods, system.methodHelp, etc.)
- Fault generation for errors
- Extensions (nil values, i8/64-bit integers, system.multicall)
