Module radius 

RADIUS server (RFC 2865 authentication/authorization, RFC 2866 accounting).

The model makes the authorization decision. This file owns the socket, the codec and — most importantly — the guarantee that no decision means denial.

How the reply was arrived at. This exists so the log can never conflate “the model said no” with “the model said nothing” — the OAuth2 failure mode, where those two collapsed into one another and silence became approval.
