Module actions 

HTTP Proxy protocol actions implementation

This module provides actions for:

• Handling intercepted requests (pass/block/modify)
• Handling intercepted responses (pass/block/modify)
• Handling HTTPS connections in pass-through mode (allow/block)

Certificate mode and filter modes are configured through startup parameters, not actions: the configuration is read once when the server spawns.
