Crate net_wire 

Borrowed, allocation-free views of network wire layouts.

This crate performs no I/O or allocation. The default feature set is empty. Protocols are selected explicitly; intrinsic lower-protocol requirements are enabled transitively, while optional adapters remain orthogonal.
