Acknowledge that one exact host delivery callback returned the successful
claim result from drive_current_thread_tasks.
This releases the host’s single-flight slot and submits at most its latest still-needed pending delivery. The registry verifies that this exact delivery was claimed; a forged success for an unclaimed delivery is treated as failure. A stale acknowledgement from an unregistered host or retired attempt is a no-op.
