Node keys and props are ingested content — for an ingest-git store they
include author names straight out of %an, paths from any contributor’s
commit, and doc comments and source lines out of the working tree. What
follows is read by an assistant, so it needs to be marked as data before
the first line of it.
Exported because the recall and task-tool renderers do not stamp it
themselves — recall_digest
included. The door that hands their output to an assistant does: the MCP
task tools’ reply wrapper, the prompt hook and mushroomdb why. The
session brief’s renderer is the one that stamps its own. It is one string
in one place so none of them can say it differently.
