mushroomdb schema apply <db> --memory-defaults

Applies core_api::memory_schema::memory_defaults(). Kept separate from run_schema_apply because it takes no schema file, and separate from open because declaring full-text on a populated store rebuilds the index at open — the caller is told what it will cost before it happens.
