Vietnamese input: Telex or VNI keystrokes transformed into Vietnamese letters with tone marks. The composition is the text itself; there are no candidates and nothing is learned.

Modules§

scheme
Vietnamese key handling: the composition is the raw keystrokes of one word, and the display is those keystrokes run through the vi crate’s Telex or VNI transform. Backspace removes one keystroke, never one displayed letter, so marks come off the way they went on. The first Esc locks the display to the raw keys (for English words the transform would mangle); the session cancels on the second.

Enums§

InputMethod
How keystrokes spell diacritics and tones. The ordinal is the host ABI value (EngineOptions::vietnamese_input_method).
ToneStyle
Where the tone mark goes on an oa, oe or uy syllable. The ordinal is the host ABI value (EngineOptions::vietnamese_tone_style).
