Function creates_worktrees 

pub fn creates_worktrees(command: &ResolvedCommand) -> bool

What: Whether a resolved command creates a linked worktree. Why: createsWorktrees: git worktree add, decided by the first positional token after worktree. A git worktree move registers nothing new, so the ignored-state copy has nothing to do for it and it is forwarded like any other command.
