Returns the fractional distribution of alloc_count across all size
classes as an array of f64 values in [0.0, 1.0] that sum to 1.0.
The i-th element is alloc_count[i] / total_alloc_count. If no
allocations have been recorded, every element is 0.0.
Useful for understanding which size classes dominate the workload.
