push_branch with an explicit re-baseline threshold in place of the configured one (packmap::rebaseline_depth: the MKIT_PACK_REBASELINE_DEPTH env var, default 64). 0 disables re-baselining. Semantics are otherwise identical — see push_branch.

This is the depth-policy seam (#547): integration tests inject a small threshold (e.g. 3) to exercise the re-baseline path in-process with a handful of pushes, where reaching the default threshold would take ~64 real pushes and the env-var override cannot be set on the test’s own process (std::env::set_var is banned by clippy::disallowed_methods — it races other threads on POSIX).
