pub struct PitchBendValue(/* private fields */);
Expand description

Represents the MIDI pitch bend value. The minimum value is 0, the maximum value is 16383 (i.e. u14). This type will clamp values to the valid range.

Implementations§

source§

impl PitchBendValue

source

pub const fn new(value: u16) -> Self

Silently clamps the value if it is out of range. See Self::set.

source

pub fn get(&self) -> u16

Returns the inner value.

source

pub fn set(&mut self, value: u16) -> bool

Clamps and sets. Returns true if value was in range. Returns false if value was out-of-range. That is, given a valid range of 1..=5, then set(0) will set the value to 1 and return false. set(4) will set the value to 4 and return true.
