Rejects a logging.cloudWatch.logGroup the service would reject, before the artifact
upload.
The shape is CloudWatchLoggingLogGroupString: 1..=512, pattern [a-zA-Z0-9_\-/.#]+.
The character the pattern excludes that a caller writes first is the colon — a group
pasted as an ARN (arn:aws:logs:...) fails here with the pattern named, rather than as
a ValidationException after the upload.
