The HookState enum, in the model’s order. DISABLED first.

The two values every one of the six hook flags takes. Published so the gate compares them against the shape, and because this is a request enum on six members of every CreateMicrovmImage: a value the model dropped is a call this client makes and the service refuses, on six fields at once.

microvms_core::control::ops::HookState is the typed spelling and is what the request carries. This array is what the gate reads, and the test in that module asserts the two agree — the same arrangement IMAGE_VERSION_STATUSES has with ops::VersionStatus.
