Bare, with no suffix: it is the marker that says the other two values in the list are the platform’s rather than the application’s.
Re-exported from the protocol crate rather than spelled again here, because the daemon
needs the same string for the opposite reason — this client offers it and agentd
echoes it on the direct path, where an offered-but-unechoed subprotocol makes an RFC
6455 client refuse the handshake. Two definitions would let the offer and the echo drift,
and the failure would name neither side. One const aliasing the other makes the
disagreement unrepresentable instead of merely asserted.
