The wss:// URL for a VM’s shell: the endpoint itself, no path.

The same scheme rule as crate::session::tunnel::tunnel_url, for the same reason: the platform hands back a bare hostname, and defaulting a missing prefix to plaintext would put the shell credential on the wire in clear. Explicit http:///ws:// stays plaintext for the local-daemon test case.
