Measured 2026-08-05. Not /aws/lambda/microvms/* — an IAM policy granting that
plausible-looking prefix instead produces server-side builds with no logs at all,
and then every build failure reads reason=unknown, which looks like the service
failing to populate stateReason when it is the caller’s own policy discarding the
evidence.
