Rejects a caller-supplied logging.cloudWatch.logStream prefix the resolved name could
not legally carry, before the artifact upload.
The shape is CloudWatchLoggingLogStreamString: 1..=512, pattern [^:*]* — anything
but : and *. The caller’s value is capped at
crate::constants::MAX_USER_LOG_STREAM_LEN (495) rather than 512, because this
client always appends /<16 hex> of per-build discriminator before the value reaches
the wire — see CreateImageRequest::log_stream for why a verbatim stream name is
never sent — and 495 + 17 is exactly the shape’s ceiling.
