Borrow a rendered document and write its length in bytes to out_len.

The returned UTF-8 bytes are borrowed from result_ptr, are not NUL-terminated, and remain valid only until webui_render_free. They may be read for exactly out_len bytes. Returns NULL on error.

Safety

• result_ptr must be a live result handle with no concurrent destroy.
• out_len must be non-null and writable.
