Spawn a tracked async task

This is a convenience function that wraps the provided future in a TrackedFuture. Use with your preferred async runtime (tokio, async-std, etc.)

Example with tokio:

    let handle = async_memory::spawn_tracked(async {
        let data = vec![0u8; 1024];
