Decoder type alias: the application’s request decoder, bound to its Event type, with its role type erased (see ErasedDecoder). Mirrors crate::response::ResponseEncoderArc; hides the dyn ErasedDecoder<…> spelling at call sites that thread the decoder through several functions.
