Get the framework behavior’s directory (no config.json suffix) - the @mecha10 counterpart to framework_behavior, for callers that need the directory itself (e.g. to copy a whole behavior-config template tree into it, as mecha10 config sync does to bring newly-added bundled behaviors into an already-scaffolded project).
