Expand description

Pack a folder into an .mdz, with paths relative to directory.

Only files matching filters are included (DEFAULT_FILTERS when None: Markdown and common images; pass Some(&["**"]) for everything). Symbolic links are skipped. A manifest.json in the folder is the starting manifest unless options has one.
