This function filters the custom prefix lists into normal lists. In addition, it prepends !!!CUSTOMPREFIX<prefix> to be able to be checked if they’re custom prefix lists or not. For example: + hogehoge -> * !!!CUSTOMPREFIX+ hogehoge
