Struct representing an alignment of 8192

This implements the Alignment trait and can also be used as a byte buffer of [u8; 8192]. Since AsBytes is implemented for a &[T: AsBytes] a &[A8192] can be used as a buffer of bytes that will always be aligned to at least 8192 bytes.
