Struct representing an alignment of 4

This implements the Alignment trait and can also be used as a byte buffer of [u8; 4]. Since AsBytes is implemented for a &[T: AsBytes] a &[A4] can be used as a buffer of bytes that will always be aligned to at least 4 bytes.
