Struct representing an alignment of 128

This implements the Alignment trait and can also be used as a byte buffer of [u8; 128]. Since AsBytes is implemented for a &[T: AsBytes] a &[A128] can be used as a buffer of bytes that will always be aligned to at least 128 bytes.
