The messenger side of the seam: the signed-assertion middleware and the
lifecycle events endpoint. Verification and wire formats live in
m4a_seam; this file only applies them. Inert until the deployment sets
Homeserver::seam.
The middleware verifies the assertion header against the method and the
path as this router receives it, resolves the identity (creating it, which
is first contact), and hands the result to super::resolve_caller
through an internal header that is stripped from every incoming request
first.
