Remove a run that cannot be read: its state directory under runs and its
worktree directory under worktrees_root.
Inspect worktrees before deleting any state or artifacts. Only clean registered worktrees and empty directory scaffolding can be reclaimed; unknown or dirty content remains available for recovery. Nonstandard worktree roots remain the operator’s responsibility when the state file cannot identify them.
