Fold class and category method implementations into caller-owned state.

Runtime pointer lists and method lists are traversed directly; no complete Objective-C graph or method vector is materialized. The state is returned only after every nested pointer, name, method entry, and implementation address parses successfully. A malformed suffix therefore drops the partial accumulator and returns only the typed parse error.
