Module side_effects 

In-process workflow side effects: scratch, templates, optional git diff.

Maturity

• Core host surface: scratch R/W, template render (default path).
• Optional / host-specific: WorkflowSideEffects::git_diff_since — only after WorkflowSideEffects::set_git_cwd. Not part of the minimal vertical slice; products enable when they need VCS context.
