The named conformance checks.
Every check carries the <group>.<rule> name the specification’s conformance
corpus uses in expected_failure ([test-vectors/README.md]), so a failure
reported by this crate can be compared verbatim against the corpus. Names are
stable: see spec/17-validation.md section 11, which groups them.
