Disabled. Oscillator is not bypassed.

ENABLED_PLL_INPUT_

Enabled. PLL input (sys_osc_clk) is fed directly from the XTALIN pin bypassing the oscillator. Use this mode when using an external clock source instead of the crystal oscillator.
