Bits 0:7 - Sub-second increment value. The value programmed in this register is accumulated with the contents of the sub-second register. For example, to achieve an accuracy of 20 ns, the value to be programmed is 20. (Program 0x14 with a 50 MHz reference clock if 1 ns accuracy is selected.)
